Generally speaking, you as the visitor of Cheerio are free to do as you wish with the images that are provided in this image gallery. You can use them for personal use such as the creation of graphics and so on. You may even take some images and upload them into your own gallery. However, there are limitations as to what you can do with specific images, as outlined below:

I. Anime, Manga
Where possible, images within this category have been sourced through primary means such as scanning the image myself, however, a majority of the images were in fact collected from various secondary sources over the internet. It is therefore not my place to say that you cannot take these images for I myself have taken them (with permission of course). You may do as you wish with these images: you can use them for personal use such as the creation of graphics or you can take these images and upload them into your own gallery - whatever. I do however ask that you respect my efforts and do not take all the images in the gallery and place them in your own; that would be pointless. In addition, if you do take the images and use them for the aforementioned purposes, please link back to Cheerio! in someway. Whether it be a text link, a button or a banner, it would be greatly appreciated.

II. Cards
Although I did not scan these images, I took the time to edit each and every card. From cropping and straightening the image to adjusting the colours, a lot of effort went into providing you with the highest possible quality scans. For this reason, I believe that I have some right to say how these images may be used. Again, you are free to use these images for personal use however, if you would like to take these images and upload them to your website, you must email me and request permission first. Only when I have granted you permission, may you place them on your website.

III. Screen Captures
Every single screen capture (all 55,000 plus of them) were taken and edited by myself from Cardcaptor Sakura episodes, movies, oav's, specials and so on -- a very long process, I can assure you. Screen capping a series consisting of 70 episodes plus a multitude of extras is an enormous undertaking and it still baffles me that it was something I was able to complete to a satisfactory standard. Out of generosity, I have left the screen captures unwatermarked in respect to people who may wish to use them for personal uses such as the creation of graphics. I realise I have taken a risk in this decision and I hope that people will not take advantage of this situation and take these screen captures, upload them to their websites and claim ownership over them. If you would like to use these screen captures on your website however, email me and we can discuss what it is you would like to use them for.

IV. Special/Exclusive
Images provided in this category, as the name may imply, are rare Cardcaptor Sakura images, some of which are exclusive to Cheerio!. For these images to maintain their status, I ask that you do not take these images and upload them to your own gallery. Instead, direct your visitors to this site to view the images for themselves. As always, these images, along with the rest provided on this website, are free to be taken for personal use.
